The Annual Winter Charity Ball

On Thursday 19th February 2026 we proudly hosted the inaugural Surplus to Supper Winter Dinner & Auction at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square — and what an incredible evening it was.

Thanks to the generosity of our guests, sponsors, and supporters, and the dedication of an organising team, we are delighted to share that the evening raised over £40,000.

Every pound raised goes directly to the Surplus to Supper Trust, supporting our expansion — more storage, more vans, and more local Hubs — enabling us to rescue and redistribute even more surplus food to charities and communities across Surrey and West London.

We would like to extend a special thank you to our guests, trustees as well as the wonderful team from our partners Encore Kitchens, and the Spelthorne Hub team for supplying the food.
