Our kitchen uses food that would otherwise head to landfill to cook nutritious meals, providing them for free to some of the most vulnerable people in our community.
We create approximately nine hundred to a thousand meals a day, all made using 100% surplus food. Each day, our dedicated chefs work with the variety of ingredients available to craft meals that are both nutritious and delicious. They transform surplus food into well-balanced dishes, ensuring that every meal not only helps reduce waste but also meets high standards of quality and taste.
These meals are then distributed to those in need through our network of local charities and community organizsations. By repurposing surplus food in this way, we provide essential nourishment to those who need it most.
